A lovely local couple put this on their list of musts and we are so glad they did. Shrimp trucks are a dime a dozen in Hawaii but not this one. Fumis raises their own shrimp right behind the truck so they are super fresh and sweet. We went for an order each of the coconut and spicy garlic and we were not sad. I might have liked the rice and spicy sauce as much as anything.
