kale-pineapple detox juice
1 bunch of kale
knob of ginger
1 T ground cayenne pepper
juice of 1 lemon (never put citrus through your juicer; it will be beyond bitter)
Run everything but the lemon and cayenne through your juicer. Stir in the lemon juice and cayenne and drink up!
