This is one nutritious little shake.  You'll get a good amount of protein, fiber, potassium, selenium (great for your immune system), magnesium and manganese (great for digestion), as well as significant amounts of  vitamins A and E.

pumpkin milkshake

serves 1

1/2 c pumpkin puree

1 c almond milk (if using store bought, you may want use vanilla flavored and omit the agave)

1/2 c frozen bananas

1/4 c ice

1/2 t cinnamon

1/2 t ground ginger

1/2 t ground cloves

1 T agave syrup or to taste

Blend all of the above and serve.
