It's almost time to say goodbye...but not just yet. There are still plenty of warm days and nights ahead to fire up the grill and kick back with the lighter and brighter flavors of summer.  With everything peaking now, there is

baba ganoush

,

zucchini bread

,

tomato sauce

and tons of pesto to be made! So I'm holding on tight and offering quick recap of the most popular summer recipes to maybe inspire some last minute hurrahs.

BRING IT ON. I've got a long list of new recipes I'm working on like miso-marinated black cod with red curry and coconut rice, chocolate tea duck breast, cinnamon bread, mac & cheese with bacon and truffles, zinfandel-poached pears with marscapone as well as some interesting new juices and smoothies like papaya and coconut milk.

So by way of tallying up the number of visits to the recipes, here are the biggest hits of the summer:

bucatini with jumbo lump crab, chili and arugula

Lush and bright, this is one pasta dish that is as good cold as it is hot.

Don't stop with berries, try peaches and rosemary, plums and basil or whatever other delicious combinations you can come up with.
